Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

1 pound cottage cheese, small curd
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 Tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon thyme, leaf Crumbled
1 package frozen chopped broccoli, 10 ounce, thawed

Directions

Combine cottage cheese, eggs, cheddar cheese till well mixed. Add melted butter, flour and thyme, stir to mix well. Drain broccoli and stir into cheese and egg mixture.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
