Tiger’s Butter

Ingredients

1 lb. white chocolate
1 lb. semisweet chocolate
1 1/3 cups peanut butter

Directions

Line a 10x15 inch pan with parchment. Set Aside. Melt the white chocolate and peanut butter together, in a double-boiler, or in the microwave. I put the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on medium power for 1 minute, then stirred in the peanut butter and melted it for another minute on medium power. Spread white chocolate/peanut butter mixture onto prepared pan. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and pour over the white chocolate/peanut butter mixture. Swirl the Tiger’s butter with a knife to create a marble pattern Chill until firm and cut into small squares

Notes

I used Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter and Ghiridelli Chocolate Bars. This was delicious, pretty, and incredibly easy. We all loved it. I’m not sure how it is going to do on our cookie trays, however, because it gets soft quickly when not in the refrigerator.
